Rendered BREATHLESS

"Breathless," a 196o French New Wave film is incredible. It's a sassy mix of elements from "Breakfast at Tiffany's," however going where no American film would dare. It's chic, with impeccable style of 1960s Euro-Mod. It has components of romance, comedy, drama, and suspense. You can't help but to fall in love with the coy and chic Jean Seberg and the bad-ass shell that is Jean-Paul Belmondo. There's a reason why it's called BREATHLESS.

Gala's going gaga over Marc Solomon's Music

Love Love Looovvveeeee! South Florida's own Marc Solomon is making big moves in and around his hometown of Fort Lauderdale. He's performed in lots of local venues and events, including University of Miami's Songwriter Showcase, in which he was a favorite of the crowd. His song, "Isabella" has an amazing vibe that I can't help but to adore. His style is similar to a homegrown Jason Mraz, with occasional influences from bands like Maroon 5. His sound is acoustic and organic, with funky melodies. Although he's currently working the SoFlo scene, he's sure to become a mega hit in the near future. Can't wait until the world recognizes his talent!

Im Liking Lykke Li

This Swedish, 22 years-old, indie singer has me hooked. Her sound is a mix of indie, pop, and electronic beats that keep you dancing.

She released her first album "Youth Novels" which was produced by Björn Yttling of Peter Bjorn and John in February 2008.


good news: she is touring in North America soon!

Her "Little Bit" video is one of my favorites.
